Niveesha Castellanos, M.S., is a hospitality executive, leadership consultant, and coach with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and over a decade in senior leadership. She currently serves as General Manager of the Courtyard San Diego Downtown, where she leads hotel operations with a focus on business performance, organizational culture, and the development of people and leaders.

Hailey Adams is a creative leader with more than 15 years of experience in design, branding, and communications. As Senior Manager of Brand & Creative at the San Diego Convention Center, she works across many facets of the organization, from branding and onsite graphics to supporting major events and identifying innovative ways to connect with guests and the community. She has worked in the tourism and hospitality industry for eight years and has actively participated in WITH for the majority of that time.

Susana ‘Susy’ Reid, is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members in the hospitality industry. Over the past five years, she has had the opportunity to grow her career through four promotions, beginning in Food & Beverage, advancing into Front Office leadership, and currently serving as Director of Housekeeping at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. This journey allowed her to develop a deeper understanding of resort operations and the importance of teamwork in delivering outstanding service.

Letty Canizalez-Law is a dynamic hospitality executive with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results across the sales, catering, and meetings industries. Throughout her career, she has led multimillion-dollar portfolios at some of San Diego's most recognized hospitality brands, building expertise in sales strategy, revenue generation, and client engagement.

Summer Shoemaker is an accomplished hospitality executive with more than two decades of experience leading luxury hotels and resorts in Southern California. She currently serves as General Manager of the San Diego Mission Bay Resort, a 357-room waterfront property, where she oversees daily operations, guest experience, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

Shannon Silva is the Vice President of Sales for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, where she leads the strategic sales vision and private dining and events business across the company's U.S. restaurant portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, and event sales, she has built a career centered on creating exceptional experiences, cultivating lasting partnerships, and inspiring high-performing teams.
