About the Awards
The Women in Tourism & Hospitality (WITH) Awards recognize exceptional women who are shaping the future of the hospitality and tourism industry through leadership, innovation, and impact.
As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we will select six honorees whose contributions extend beyond professional success—women who actively support others, advocate for inclusion, and help move the industry forward.
WITH Honorees are not only recognized for what they have accomplished, but for how they show up—for their teams, their communities, and the next generation of leaders.
Who Should Be Nominated?
Nominees should be women who:
Demonstrate strong leadership and measurable impact within hospitality and tourism
Support and uplift others through mentorship and advocacy
Contribute to a more inclusive and equitable industry
Engage in community or industry initiatives
Lead with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to progress
This is an opportunity to recognize women who are not only excelling—but who are making a difference.

Nomination Requirements
All nominations must be submitted by June 10, 2026 . We are honoring women in the following categories:
• Nominee must be actively working in the hospitality and tourism industry
Nominations must include clear examples of leadership, impact, and contributions
Supporting materials (bio, press, metrics, testimonials) are encouraged
Self-nominations are accepted; third-party nominations are strongly encouraged
