about Hailey Adams

Hailey Adams is a creative leader with more than 15 years of experience in design, branding, and communications. As Senior Manager of Brand & Creative at the San Diego Convention Center, she works across many facets of the organization, from branding and onsite graphics to supporting major events and identifying innovative ways to connect with guests and the community. She has worked in the tourism and hospitality industry for eight years and has actively participated in WITH for the majority of that time.

One of the things Hailey enjoys most about working in a creative field is the variety. Her work spans graphic design, brand identity, photography, and event design, often with the opportunity to solve new challenges.

A mentor once told her, “You can't succeed if you're never given the chance to fail.” It’s a philosophy she has carried throughout her career and one she keeps in mind when mentoring others. She believes experimentation and the freedom to explore lead to the best ideas.
