about Niveesha Hill Castellanos

Niveesha Castellanos, M.S., is a hospitality executive, leadership consultant, and coach with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and over a decade in senior leadership. She currently serves as General Manager of the Courtyard San Diego Downtown, where she leads hotel operations with a focus on business performance, organizational culture, and the development of people and leaders.

Niveesha is also the founder of Alacrity Leadership, a leadership consulting and coaching practice dedicated to helping leaders and organizations grow with clarity and purpose. Her approach is grounded in the belief that organizations can achieve strong business results while intentionally developing the people responsible for delivering them.

She holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego, where her scholarly interests center on leadership development and developmental organizational cultures.
