Niveesha Hill is an accomplished and seasoned hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience. Hill has progressive leadership experience in operations, sales, marketing, and team development. She also has a wide variety of branded experiences, including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Wyndham. Currently serving as Area General Manager in San Diego, she has built a reputation for driving performance, elevating guest satisfaction, and leading teams through complex operational and cultural transformations.

Her career reflects a progressive journey from front-line service to executive leadership, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by professionals at every level of the industry. In addition to her operational expertise, Niveesha has complemented her career with leadership coaching training and doctoral studies at the University of San Diego, equipping her to further develop and inspire hospitality professionals navigating today’s demanding environments
