Dania Duke is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 30 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading high performing teams and driving operational excellence across premier hotel brands. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles with globally recognized companies including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Margaritaville Resorts, as well as a range of independent hotels, giving her a well-rounded perspective across diverse markets and operating models.

Dania was recently appointed General Manager of The Clift Royal Sonesta in San Francisco, where she is focused on repositioning the iconic property and enhancing both guest satisfaction and market performance. She brings deep expertise in revenue optimization, guest experience, food and beverage operations, consistently delivering strong financial results while elevating service standards.

Known for her dynamic leadership style and ability to build engaged, results-driven teams, Dania has successfully led complex operations in competitive markets and luxury resort environments. Her passion for hospitality is rooted in creating memorable guest experiences, cultivating top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Over the past decade; Dania has served as President and Vice President of the San Diego County Lodging Association, Chair of the Gaslamp Quarter Association and served on the San Diego Tourism Authority board. 

Dania has been a devoted member of Women in Hospitality since 2017, consistently supporting the organization’s mission and contributing to its growth and named a W.I.T.H. Honoree in 2018.
