  • Marriott San Diego La Jolla does not provide airport shuttle service to and from the hotel.

  • There will be volunteer greeters and ample signage at the venue to point you in the direction of 2026 WITH Awards Luncheon

  • Yes, if you are no longer able to attend the awards luncheon, you may transfer your registration to another industry colleague.

    Transfer policy: Registrations are transferable if made in writing by September 10, 2026. You are required to provide the contact information of the person you are transferring your registration to.

    We ask that you provide us with the contact information of the guest you are transferring the invite to within 48 hours of the conference start date. Please contact clara@mccsn.com. After 48 hours, we will not be able to transfer your registration. No exceptions.

  • ***Refund/Cancellation/Substitution Policies***

    MCCSN relies on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our WITH events. If you are unable to attend the event, you must inform us in advance at info@sdwithit.com.

    Refunds & Cancellations:

    Full refunds are available if requested via email at info@sdwithit.com by Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5pm.

    Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 5 p.m. will receive a 50% refund (excluding a $50 administration fee).

    No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 25, 2026.

    Transfer policy: Registrations are transferable if made in writing by Monday, August 24 2026. You are required to provide the contact information of the person you are transferring your registration to.

    Items not eligible for a refund:

    Individually purchased tickets for the WITH Post Reception, WITH opportunity gifts, and promo items.
