You may also request a ride via taxi, Lyft, or Uber or rent a car at the airport if you prefer.

There will be volunteer greeters and ample signage at the venue to point you in the direction of 2025 WITH Conference.

Yes, if you are no longer able to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another industry colleague.
Transfer policy: Registrations are transferable if made in writing by September 8, 2025. You are required to provide the contact information of the person you are transferring your registration to.
We ask that you provide us with the contact information of the guest you are transferring the invite to within 48 hours of the conference start date. Please contact clara@mccsn.com. After 48 hours, we will not be able to transfer your registration. No exceptions.

***Refund/Cancellation/Substitution Policies***
MCCSN relies on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our WITH educational events. If you are unable to attend the event, you must inform us in advance at info@sdwithit.com.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Full refunds are available if requested via email at info@sdwithit.com by Monday, August 18, 2025, at 5pm.
Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 5 p.m. will receive a 50% refund (to include $50 administration fee).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 1, 2024.
Transfer policy: Registrations are transferable if made in writing by Tuesday, August 19, 2025. You are required to provide the contact information of the person you are transferring your registration to.
Items not eligible for a refund:
Individually purchased tickets for the WITH Welcome Reception, WITH Awards luncheon, and promo items.
