Women in Tourism & Hospitality San Diego is hosting a Professional Development Day exclusively for emerging professionals, HTM and hospitality college students to learn insights from industry leaders, exclusive opportunities to learn from their peers, practical sessions on key hospitality topics, and a platform to network and build connections within the industry.

Registered students and emerging professionals will participate in roundtable networking sessions, Q & A panels, and career booster breakouts with C-Suite and Hospitality leaders.

This year’s programming includes a special focus on students and early-career professionals through our Students and Emerging Professionals’ Day, which features:

  • Interactive sessions and workshops focused on real-world industry insights and actionable career strategies

  • Panel discussions with esteemed WITH honorees and rising stars in hospitality and tourism

  • Mentorship opportunities, including mini one-on-one sessions with experienced professionals

  • Interview preparation support, with onsite mock interviews designed to boost confidence and refine technique - Students are encouraged to bring hard copies of their resumes and come ready to connect, learn, and grow.

  • Networking with C-suite executives and senior leaders, offering rare access to influential leaders in the field.

This session is a stand-alone registration of $199 limited to Students and Emerging Professionals for Thursday, September 18th only or $299 for the full WITH conference experience.
