Tracy Judge is the Founder & CEO of Soundings and a recognized entrepreneur and thought leader transforming how businesses engage with talent in the business events industry. Through Soundings, she connects organizations worldwide with skilled freelance and full-time professionals to build agile, high-performing teams that adapt to the evolving demands of today’s marketplace. Her innovative approach combines human-centered staffing with technology, skills-based hiring, and strength-based strategies to ensure meaningful matches for both organizations and professionals.

Known for cultivating authentic relationships and a strong industry network, Tracy leads Soundings with a people-first ethos and a vision of making professional freedom accessible to all. Today, the Soundings community includes more than 3,500 professionals globally, committed to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in operations, sales, and executive roles, Tracy brings deep expertise to advancing the business events industry. She holds a Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from Drexel University.

As the founder of a Certified Women-Owned business, Tracy champions diversity, equity, and inclusion while actively advocating for women in events. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), and has served on global boards and committees for industry associations including MPI, SITE, and PCMA. Tracy is also a member of the California State University Hospitality Alliance.
