about Tatiana Lotufo
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Tatiana Lotufo began her hospitality career at the historic Hotel del Coronado. She earned her B.A. in Advertising & Marketing from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo, followed by a Professional Certificate in Business Management from the University of California, San Diego.
In May 2000, Tatiana joined the Hotel del Coronado team, first as Operations Manager in the in-house destination management department, then as Conference Manager. In 2004, she became Director of Conference Services at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. The following year, she moved to Milan, Italy, working as a marketing manager while completing her Master’s in Fashion Marketing—gaining valuable client-side experience.
Returning to the U.S. in 2008, Tatiana joined ACCESS San Diego as Sales Manager, quickly advancing to Director of Sales, and later Director of Business Development in 2012. She also served as a Global Sales Specialist with Associated Luxury Hotels International, representing a portfolio of over 160 four- and five-diamond hotels worldwide.
In 2014, she returned to ACCESS, rising to Vice President of Sales in 2019, and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships. In this role, she develops new hotel partnerships, strengthens existing relationships, and contributes to strategic leadership across all ACCESS offices.
Tatiana was honored as a 2024 Women in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH) Honoree, recognizing her leadership, industry impact, and commitment to collaboration.
Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys surfing, playing tennis, and entertaining friends and family with home-cooked meals. She is passionate about fitness, often training with her sister, and loves taking her “fur babies,” Ribby and Brisket, on walks with her boyfriend, Joe.
