-What are the conference dates?

The conference dates are September 8-9, 2022.

• Thursday, September 8th - Welcome Networking Reception at 5:00 p.m.

• Friday, September 9th - Full conference day with workshops, keynotes, awards luncheon, and more!

-What is the pricing structure for the conference?

Conference pricing starts at $199 - $439. Please see the packages with the pricing structure on the Conference Packages page: https://www.sdwithit.com/2022pricing 

-What does my registration include?

Group Registration includes access to all conference sessions, meal functions, and evening activities. Group must register all participants at the same time in order to receive the discount.

Regular Guest Package includes access to all conference sessions, meal functions, and evening activities.

Student Package includes access to all conference sessions and meal functions. (excluding the evening actitivies).

-Can I register on-site?

At this time there will be no on-site registration. However, should this change, on-site registration will carry an extra fee. Therefore, it is preferable and less expensive to register in advance.

-Is parking free at the event?

No. Parking is discounted for conference participants at $12 per car.

-When is the last day to reserve a hotel room?

August 8, 2022.

-How do I reserve a hotel room?

You can reserve a room by calling Marriott Reservations at 1-888-236-2427 or (858) 277-8888 and mentioning the Group Name: WITH Conference. You can also reserve online by clicking here.

-How will I know where to go for the conference once I arrive onsite?

There will be volunteer greeters and ample signage at the venue to point you in the direction of 2022 WITH Conference. 

-What safety measures do you have in place for participants re. Covid 19?

All attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination. We are working closely with the hotel to make sure that you are entering a safe and sanitized conference.

-I am no longer able to attend, can I transfer my ticket to someone else or get a refund?

Yes, if you are no longer able to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another industry colleague. We ask that you provide us with the contact information of the guest you are transferring the invite to within 48 hrs. of the conference start date. Please see our refund/cancellation policy below*

MCCSN relies on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our WITH educational events. If you are unable to attend the event, you must inform us in advance at info@sdwithit.com.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Full refunds are available if requested via email at info@sdwithit.com by Thursday, August 5, 2022, at 5pm. Cancellations received in writing by Friday, August 5, 2022, at 5 p.m. will receive a 50% refund (to include $50 administration fee).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 5, 2022.

Transfer policy: Registrations are transferable if made in writing by Tuesday, September 6, 2022. You are required to provide the contact information of the person you are transferring your registration to.

Items not eligible for a refund:

-Individually purchased tickets for the WITH Welcome Reception, WITH Awards luncheon, promo items, and silent auction bids.
