During her tenure as the Chairwoman of the GQA - Gaslamp Quarter Association Hospitality Committee (, SIN developed the Club VIP programs for all the major block parties in the district. The programs grew into annual signature events, bringing in 20,000 – 40,000 international visitors per event to downtown San Diego, and are huge economic drivers for hotels, nightclubs, restaurants and bars in the City of San Diego. For spearheading special events and marketing campaigns that positively impact the city’s tourism and hospitality industry, SIN has represented San Diego multiple times as a moderator, panelist and speaker at the annual Nightclub & Bar Convention in Las Vegas.

In 2006, San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders awarded SIN “Trailblazer of the Year” for her leadership, contributions and significant role in shaping the Gaslamp Quarter into a world class entertainment destination.

SIN is from Singapore, a graduate from Murdoch University, Western Australia and resides in Barrio Logan with her beloved long-haired dachshund, Whiskey Agogo.
