Peggy berg | lifetime achievement award

Peggy Berg is the Founder of Castell, which is now an AHLA Foundation Project. She serves on the AHLA ForWard Committee Advancing Women, the AHLA Foundation Research Committee. She founded Castell, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women in hospitality industry leadership with a goal of seeing women in more than one of every three positions at all levels in all fields of hospitality industry leadership and ownership.


Maren Dougherty

Maren Dougherty leads communications, marketing, and community relations for the San Diego Convention Center. Bringing more than 15 years of experience in external affairs, Maren has held leadership positions with the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles and the Balboa Park Online Collaborative in San Diego.


Tatiana Lotufo

Tatiana Lotufo is the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at ACCESS. As VP of Business Development, her focus is to connect "the dots" by connecting people, and opportunities, meeting new partners, and strengthening the Access relationships with industry leaders. She is a very proud ambassador of the ACCESS brand and team!


Thiphakhoun ‘Tipi’ Vyrasith

Results driven leader with over 25 years of experience cultivating business practices that optimize all facets of a successful operation. Provide direction to improve P&L margins, revenue growth, and increase EBIDTA supported by a keen acumen for identifying and developing talent. Foster a service excellence culture through exemplary behavior and accountability.


Chantel Ross Francois

Chantel Ross Francois is an experienced International Tourism Executive with a remarkable track record in Destination Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality.

Ross Francois currently is the President of the East Point Convention and Visitors Bureau (EPCVB) just minutes from the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. She is responsible for the implementation of the newly developed EPCVB.


Sarah Lynch

Sarah Lynch is a dedicated hospitality professional, driven by her passion for hotel management and business development. Currently serving as the co-founder and COO at Brick Hospitality, she exemplifies strong leadership and industry acumen. Brick Hospitality manages a portfolio of hotels with brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Choice Hotels as well as independent hotels. Simultaneously, Sarah holds the position of co-founder and President at Charm Hospitality, where she manages a portfolio of over fifteen short-term vacation rentals.
