about whitney TAYLOR

Whitney Taylor started her hospitality journey as a Front Desk agent at Westin LAX in 2011. Although she still says this was the hardest job she ever had, it opened her eyes to hospitality, and she fell in love. While at that hotel she worked in nearly every department from accounting, to housekeeping, and she even had to bake brownies for a group when the chef fell ill during work.

In 2016 Whitney started working at Hotel del Coronado as a Catering Sales Manager. She says the beach is her happy place so to have the opportunity to also work there was an ultimate privilege. Whitney hosted hundreds of events of all sizes and occasions. During her 7.5 years there she generated over $9 million in revenue! Her passion is creating memorable experiences through events.

Her favorite part of WITH is seeing women of all levels interact with the common goal of inviting people to enjoy our beautiful city while also empowering each other.
